I personally, cannot think of one Chuck Jones episode funnier than Quimby's. Chuck jones' Tom and Jerry was so unfunny, i don't even watch them anymore. The cartoons were funnier, the characters were cuter, and the outcomes so much more one-sided. The Dot and the Line won the 1966 Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film. The cartoons were released to theaters from 1963 to 1967.
